The BR10PTFE represents the evolution in the welding of PTFE and silicone-coated materials, designed for superior performance. The machine features a robust C-frame structure that facilitates material handling and is available with either a single heating bar or a "double head" system for simultaneous welding and cooling.

Its fast welding process, electronically controlled up to 400 °C, is supported by precise pneumatic pressure.

The durable steel structure allows for the loading of heavy fabrics, while the welding bars are managed separately by microprocessors, ensuring temperature distribution with a maximum variation of ± 1%.

The two-step positioning mode ensures accurate material alignment, preventing accidental seals. Available in standard dimensions of 100x1000 mm, it can be customized upon request to meet specific needs.

THE HANDHELD PTFE

The handheld PTFE welding tool is a compact, cost-effective, and low-consumption solution for welding PTFE fabrics. Made of aluminum and stainless steel, it is reliable for processing and repairing membranes in any weather condition.

Ergonomically designed, it features a support that facilitates use and a cooling plate to ensure safe operations. Versatile, it can be used independently or as a complement to industrial PTFE welding equipment.
