BR 15 CL
THigh-frequency welding technology developed by BALACCHI incorporated into high-technology machinery engineering, has undergone continuous development and improvement over recent years. The result, as far as AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR is concerned, is BR15CL – double trays.
This welding machine (with power from 15 up to 30 KW) can be designed for the HF welding of items for cars such as: sun visor, individual parts of an instrumental panel, textile insertion – HF lamination, sealing of PA structural component, reinforced-section welding on floor carpet. Ultimately, we developed the special BR15CL machine for automatic production of pneumatic lumbar support systems – seat interior component (air system PU bags with PVC tubes) for seat massager.
Sts force of pressing during the welding process is increased by the hydraulic drive action up to 5.000 kg in order to fix material with accuracy. Equipped by the double-sliding trays system this machine is one of the most advanced model in the sector. Innovative PLC for managing but intuitive for operator on 360° turning support. Operation is easy and intuitive.
